Job summary

J.P. Morgan Securities Services is seeking a Client Service Manager to support a broad, global client base from Amsterdam or Luxembourg.

You will help ensure consistent service across custody, fund accounting, and middle office services, while preparing monthly client reviews and acting as a primary contact for clients. The role requires 3-4 years in financial services, strong client-facing capabilities, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant financial services experience, with a foundation knowledge of Securities Services products i.e. custody, fund accounting & administration
• Experience working in a client facing role and ability to lead client meetings

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service managers with existing client activity and manage small portfolio of clients independently
• Manage monthly client governance processes including measurement and monitoring of service levels, KPIs and RAG ratings
• Work with internal colleagues to create and execute plans to resolve service issues
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk by enhancing the operating model and influencing client behaviours
• Ensure accurate and timely fee billing as well as timely client payment for all products
• Communicate client priorities and goals to internal teams and prepare for reviews
• Resolve client queries promptly, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Onboarding, Product, and Technology teams
• Travel to visit clients for service reviews, due diligence and strategic meetings
