Job summary

Valiantys seeks a global head to lead the SDLC/DevEx practice, shaping offerings and a high-impact delivery network across regions. You will align sales and delivery to generate scalable IP and strong client outcomes.

You will engage CTOs/VP Engs, translate needs into modernization roadmaps, and propel AI-enabled software delivery with measurable business value. This role demands strategic vision and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise software with SDLC/DevOps focus.
• Proven track record building and scaling a professional services practice or solution line, including repeatable offerings and IP assets.
• Commercially driven with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Managed Services to generate pipeline.
• Deep familiarity with AI as it applies to software development, including agentic AI tools and AI-augmented DevOps.
• Experience engaging at CTO/VP Engineering level as a thought leader delivering strategy and business value.
• Deep Atlassian ecosystem knowledge including Jira Software, Bitbucket, Confluence, Compass and Software Collection.
• Experience operating across EMEA, AMER, and APAC with global adoption of standards.
• Proven ability to lead structured discovery and gap analysis workshops to translate needs into modernization roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global SDLC/DevEx practice strategy and business plan.
• Build and lead a network of regional Practice Leads across EMEA, North America and APAC.
• Create differentiated, go-to-market offerings, IP, accelerators and delivery playbooks.
• Productise regional delivery experience to improve sales velocity, delivery quality, reuse and margin.
• Lead executive client conversations with CTOs and VP Engs and equivalent stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Managed Services to generate and close strategic opportunities.
• Lead structured discovery and gap analyses translating business needs into modernization visions and roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of global standards, asset reuse and continuous improvement across regional teams.
• Build practitioner capability through enablement, certifications, mentorship and knowledge management.
• Maintain a strong market point of view on SDLC, DevEx, DevOps and AI capabilities.
