Job summary
Valiantys is seeking a global owner of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice. You will shape the market position, build the offering portfolio, and lead the global uplift of the practice, connecting people, processes, platforms and AI across the software delivery lifecycle.
This builder role requires technical depth, consulting discipline, and executive presence to translate needs into pragmatic transformation roadmaps delivering measurable business
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in professional services or technology consulting.
- Proven track record building and scaling a professional services practice or solution line.
- Experience engaging with C-suite (CTO/VP Eng) and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with AI in software development and agentic AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global SDLC/DevEx practice strategy and business plan.
- Build and lead regional Practice Leads across multiple regions.
- Create differentiated, go-to-market offerings and delivery playbooks.
- Productise regional delivery to improve sales velocity and margins.
- Lead executive client conversations with CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
