Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Managing and guiding strategy consultants on projects and their development.
• Analysing organizational performance and industry dynamics to advise senior executives.
• Provide operational leadership to a project team.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain client networks.
• Support the Strategy & Transformation practice development within Valcon.
