Valcon A/S is seeking an IT Project & Delivery Management Consultant – Early Career to help clients bridge business and technology. You will craft user stories and designs, analyze processes, and support end-to-end IT implementations across hybrid and on-site settings.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workshops, and drive digital transformation, with opportunities for growth, mentoring, and a flexible work culture that values balance and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or Computer Science).
• 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience in roles such as business analysis, IT consultancy, or project management.
• Affinity with IT and technology, such as application development or low-/high-code solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with agile working is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transforming business needs into innovative IT solutions by crafting user stories and intuitive designs.
• Analysing and improving business processes to drive digital transformation.
• Supporting the delivery and implementation of IT solutions, from concept to completion.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
