Delta Group's EMEA operation in Hoofddorp is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to act as the main contact for orders, delivery status, and logistics inquiries. You will validate orders in SAP, track progress from entry to delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.

The role requires 1-3 years in order fulfillment or related logistics, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations in an international business.
• Experience in ICT/ Electronics/ Technology industries is preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP, including order entry, processing, and customer data maintenance.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; Chinese or another language is a plus.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions with prompt communication and closure.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses for timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance, shipment exceptions, and POD discrepancies; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Investigate and support resolution of shipment damage or delivery issues in collaboration with warehouse and stakeholders.
• Track order backlog and delivery performance to support efficiency and service targets.
• Support continuous improvement of order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order management, delivery status, and logistics-related inquiries.


• Receive, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies.

• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.


• Monitor delivery performance, shipment exceptions, transportation status, and proof of delivery (POD) discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as required.


• Investigate and support the resolution of shipment damage, delivery issues, and customer claims in collaboration with warehouse teams and relevant stakeholders.


• Track order backlog and delivery performance to support operational efficiency and service level targets.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and optimizing order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service processes.


• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, shipping procedures, import/export regulations, and internal operational policies.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level or equivalent qualification.


• 1-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations within an international business environment.


• Experience in the ICT, Electronics, Technology, or related industries is preferred.


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order entry, processing, and customer data maintenance.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese or an additional foreign language is considered an advantage.


• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely, accurate, and effective support.
