Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is pursuing a global ERP transformation focused on a standardized Value Stream template aligned with SAP Clean Core principles. The role leads cross-functional teams across Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Manufacturing, and related functions to deliver scalable end-to-end processes with strong regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have deep SAP Make experience, GxP compliance knowledge, and a proven track record of leading through influence in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• University level degree in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience.
• Six years of proven experience in a relevant role.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Value Stream processes in a regulated GxP environment, incl. commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable SAP solutions using Clean Core principles.
• Ability to lead through influence and build partnerships across business, technology, compliance, and global teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Make and related SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

• Global Template Deployment across regions and units, aligning needs, regulatory requirements, and SAP practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Value Stream initiatives and drive outcomes.
• Oversee solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy and end-to-end walkthroughs.
• Support Change Management and training to enable successful adoption of new processes.
• Maintain strong partnerships with business, program, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
