Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager Deployment Manager to lead the implementation of the Transcend SAP S/4HANA global process template within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, with locations in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Area of Study: Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance.
Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deployment activities across all release phases: Mobilization, Solution confirmation, PI Execution, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare.
Lead cross‑functional teams and partner with business process owners, ecosystem owners and vendor partners.
Drive standard methodologies, risk management, and timely communication across the release train.
