Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation Process Integration to lead end-to-end process mapping and ERP integration across global supply chain functions. You will ensure adherence to the Global Design Template and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership experience in operations or large transformation programs, strong SAP ERP knowledge, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP/FPX/APICS/Lean Six Sigma helpful.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading large transformation programs and SAP ERP projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business process mapping, scenario definition, integration, and design adherence across functions.
• Support ERP Global Template maintenance and program methodology.
• Ensure processes and capabilities are designed, documented, and deployed within timelines.
• Lead mapping of end-to-end processes to solicit the right solutions and ensure integration with other functions.
• Partner with global Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance, and improvement of global processes and integration.
• Establish process design methodology, templates, tools, controls, and cadence.
• Lead Design Authority meetings and mitigate design risks.
