Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) seeks a strategic Deployment Manager to lead the Transcend SAP S/4HANA global template deployment in a regulated pharma environment. You will coordinate end-to-end release activities across Mobilization, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare, aligning stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience in large ERP transformations, strong SAP/S4HANA knowledge, and pharma compliance experience

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Area of Study: Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance
Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.

Responsibilities

Administers day-to-day operations to support deployment activities based on the different release phases; Mobilization, Solution confirmation, PI Execution, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare.
Support the implementation of program methodology based on the new operating model, including relevant templates, tools, controls, and cadence. Scale existing assets and standard processes to the new operating model.
Lead daily and weekly program team cadence and meetings and reporting. Ensure program timeliness is appropriately handled, identify and elevate risks as appropriate.
Handle cross-program interdependencies, issues, and challenges by working with respective partners to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
Ensure cross-program workstreams like Testing, Cutover, Hypercare are coordinated and performing per plan. Drive standard methodologies, scale, leveragability, and resource optimization.
Drive Ecosystem engagement ensuring availability of resources to deliver program squads’ objectives. Negotiate and influence Ecosystem partners to align priorities and finalize a joint plan.
Build specific release communication content to be integrated into broader Program communications. Enthusiastically seek to promote standard methodology and continuous improvement principles across functional system deployments.
