Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP experience in a supply chain management, customer support, or related role in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong English; German/French/Polish a plus.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data including pricing and customer information in SAP/SPS.
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and outbound schedules.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with product availability, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Serve as main contact for key accounts, handling orders, shipments and invoicing.
• Track order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning.
• Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and follow up overdue invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues for aligned operations.
• Support Sales with CRM updates, sales reporting, samples and admin tasks.
