Job summary

Delta Energy Systems in the Netherlands seeks a Business Strategy & Planning Analyst to bridge high-level corporate vision with daily execution. You will support the strategic planning cycle through rigorous data analysis and market research, acting as the operational engine to ensure milestones are met, OKRs/KPIs tracked, and risks flagged.

You will maintain dashboards and coordinate with finance and commercial teams to align planning with budgets.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a quantitative field such as MBA, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
5–10 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or analytical operations.
Experience in Europe with power electronics, data centers or energy infrastructure preferred.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills; ability to build and maintain dashboards.
Familiar with governance frameworks and project tracking tools.
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.
Fluent English; a second European language (Dutch, German, French, Spanish, etc.) is mandatory.
