Job summary

Quest Search & Selection is recruiting for a Sales Operations & Commercial Performance Analyst to support commercial performance by managing data, systems, reporting, and stakeholder insights. The role will collaborate with Sales, Product and Management within a large international organisation with a global footprint, located in Rotterdam and operating on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a commercial support, CRM, analytics role.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query.
• Familiarity with logistics or freight would help.
• Strong data interpretation and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and commercial insights to support Sales, Product, and Management teams.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools to improve commercial decision-making.
• Manage and enhance the organisation’s CRM system, ensuring it continues to meet evolving business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, enable data-driven decision-making, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency and commercial performance.
• Support the effective use and optimisation of the tender management platform.
• Monitor data accuracy and quality, driving user engagement through training and ongoing support.
• Coordinate and maintain regular commercial pricing and surcharge updates.
• Support wider commercial projects, process improvements, and system development initiatives.
