Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution to oversee the migration of its existing customer base to the cloud platform and new packaging models. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product, ensuring scalable, compliant, and value-driven migration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition or customer lifecycle programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio and consolidate opportunities across geographies.
• Translate migration strategy into executable annual/quarterly plans and cohorts.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance across Sales, CS, PS, Cloud Ops, Legal, Finance and Product.
• Lead end-to-end execution of migrations from qualification to go-live optimization.
• Establish a Migration Execution Office for cross-functional coordination.
• Define governance structures, KPIs, dashboards and escalation processes.
