Job summary

Sovos seeks an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations for enterprise clients in Europe. You will manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder relationships from kickoff through go-live and Hypercare.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP-integrated implementations or similar enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years delivering enterprise SaaS implementations in a client-facing Professional Services environment.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in tax compliance, e-invoicing, VAT, or regulatory tech space.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-country enterprise SaaS implementations across EMEA.
• Act as primary delivery partner with client stakeholders from kickoff to go-live and Hypercare.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
