Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director, SaaS Migration Program Execution to lead the migration of the CCH Tagetik customer base to cloud packaging and pricing.

You will coordinate global cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Ops, Legal, Finance and Product to drive migration at scale.

The role demands hands-on leadership, program management excellence, and a focus on governance, risk, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration, SaaS transition or customer lifecycle programs.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Experience driving operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global SaaS migration portfolio and maintain a consolidated view of opportunities across cohorts and geographies.
• Translate migration strategy into executable annual and quarterly migration plans and cohorts.
• Own prioritization, sequencing and governance of customer migrations throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product to drive execution.
