Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.

• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement new projects across multiple hotels.
• Maintain and monitor quality scores within Room Operations.
• Communicate between hotels and head office; improve procedures and manuals.
