Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam seeks a Total Rewards Business Partner to own reward design end-to-end: advising senior executives on pay decisions, shaping the reward architecture that powers growth, and translating strategy into executable programs.

In this role you will collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards and the Senior HRBP, lead cross-border reward initiatives, and steer sales incentive design with the Sales team, ensuring global consistency with local flexibility.

Competenze

• 8+ years of rewards experience and a proven track record of driving projects end to end.
• Deep expertise in reward design, ideally in a listed company undergoing change or a European scale-up.
• Cross-border experience and understanding of how reward connects to talent and business strategy.
• Familiarity with market data sources (Mercer, WTW) and reward systems (Workday).
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Strong data and modelling skills: ability to build scenario models and translate numbers into recommendations.

Mansioni

• Shape and maintain the reward architecture: grading structures, salary ranges, job families, and drive changes according to business needs.
• Own the sales incentives plan end-to-end: design, calibration, cost modelling, and continuous improvement to align with commercial strategy.
• Serve as the expert adviser to the Director, Total Rewards on reward architecture and pay transparency.
• Flag emerging risks and opportunities to the Director proactively.
• Partner across the business: collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, external providers, and senior leaders to ensure reward programmes are commercially effective and scalable.
