Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a People Services professional to support employees across our HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners. You will be the first point of contact, delivering accurate HR service, resolving transactions, and handling complex queries with a customer-centric approach.

You will navigate local policies for multiple countries, escalate where needed, and drive an excellent employee experience through efficient case management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in HR administration and case management.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Apply HR knowledge across multiple countries to navigate local policies and employment requirements.
• Act as escalation point for complex People Services queries.
• Handle high volumes of payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR inquiries at first contact.
• Gather information early to resolve issues quickly and minimize handoffs.
• Educate colleagues to use the People Portal and self-service tools.
