Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in retail training, learning operations, or store communications.
Background in Learning & Development, Education, Communications, or related field.
Experience creating learning content and managing programs across seasonal retail rhythms.
Fluency in multiple languages is a strong plus.
Strong organization and process discipline; manage multiple workstreams with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the LMS (user groups, enrollments, curricula, reporting).
Partner with cross-functional teams to publish, govern, and measure learning.
Build seasonal learning agendas aligned to product launches and service focus.
Create onboarding resources and measure completion/adoption for improvement.
Develop service and selling resources and training across markets.
Design KPI-driven recognition programs and scalable store contests.
