Qualifications

• Experience in retail training, learning operations, or store communications, including LMS/learning technology administration.
• Background in Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience building learning content (job aids, facilitation guides, digital modules) and managing program execution through seasonal retail rhythms; certification in instructional design, learning technologies, or project management a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a strong plus.
• Process oriented and highly organized; ability to manage multiple tasks, follow workflows, and ensure consistency.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the LMS (user groups, enrollments, assignments, curricula, reporting, publishing standards), partnering with Digital Learning/IT to improve usability, governance, and data quality.
• Partner with Training Captain program execution: toolkits, communications, enablement, and feedback loops—ensuring stores have what they need to deliver consistent, engaging training moments.
• Build seasonal learning agendas aligned to retail priorities (product launches, service focus, operational readiness).
• Create and evolve onboarding resources (leader guides, checklists, quick-reference tools) and measure completion/adoption.
• Develop service and selling resources and training (selling behaviors, service standards, product storytelling, floor leadership routines), partnering with Store Ops and regional teams to pilot, refine, and scale content.
• Design and update associate and leader incentive programming (monthly recognition, spot awards, leader toolkits).
• Create, launch, and track performance and KPI-driven store contests, including rules, dashboards, communication cadence, and post-mortem insights.
