Job summary

Livezoku is offering an internship in People & Culture in Amsterdam starting February 2027. You will support the HR team across the employee lifecycle, contribute to internal communications, and gain exposure to recruitment and employer branding.

You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team, learn to interview candidates, and help plan team outings for Zoku colleagues in Amsterdam. This is a full-time internship with an allowance and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Student is seeking valuable internship experience as part of HBO/WO studies in HR or Hospitality.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• EU resident or valid NL permit; internship mandatory in curriculum, 6+ months.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for new hires, assist onboarding.
• Contribute to HR communications and internal announcements.
• Assist with interviews and talent intake; represent Zoku at job fairs.
• Plan and help organize team events in Amsterdam.

Make others feel at home:

You will be the first point of contact for new Zokus, by helping them officially onboard and adapt to life at Zoku.

Embrace your inner Shakespeare:

Contributing to our HR communications, you will help our People & Culture team write internal announcements and respond to any candidate in the talent email inbox.

Be an interview guru:

You can put your recruitment skills to the test by helping to interview our future Zoku’s. You’ll be trained and mentored by our People & Culture team andwill represent Zoku at job fairs.

Plan legendary team outings:

You always love a good party. Throughout the calendar year, you will help organize team events and celebration momentsfor our Zokus in Amsterdam.

A FEWMUST HAVES

• You are a student who is looking to get valuable experience as an intern as part of your HBO or WO study ideally inthe fields of Human Resources or Hospitality.
• You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for the Netherlands.
• You need to do a mandatory internship as part of your curriculum, minimum 6 months.
• You are available full-time / minimum of 40 hours per week.
• You are available to start in February 2027.
