Job summary

Tencent IEG Global is seeking a data engineer to design, build, and maintain gaming data platforms and pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

You will lead data warehouse modeling for gaming data products, optimize ETL/ELT processes, and collaborate with game developers and product teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong SQL, Python/Java/Go skills and cloud experience are valued in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Strong programming foundation with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/Go and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with relational and distributed database systems.
• Familiarity with big data ecosystems (Spark/Flink/Kafka) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English is preferred.
