Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV is seeking a Proposal Engineer to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions and competitive proposals. You will work closely with Sales, Procurement and engineers across Power Conversion, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Control & Automation to support projects worldwide.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, solid knowledge in relevant electrical disciplines, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in technical inside sales, engineering support, or commercial technical support.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical engineering and/or control systems.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing technical specifications and customer requirements;
• Defining proposal strategies and approaches with the Sales Manager;
• Developing technical concepts and solutions;
• Coordinating with engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders;
• Integrating multiple technical disciplines into one cohesive solution;
• Preparing proposals, cost estimates, and project budgets.
