Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV is seeking a Proposal Engineer to translate customer requirements into feasible solutions and competitive proposals. You will work closely with Sales, Procurement and engineers across Power Conversion, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Control & Automation to support projects worldwide.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, solid knowledge in relevant electrical disciplines, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Completed technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in technical inside sales, engineering support, or commercial technical support.
• Solid technical knowledge in electrical engineering and/or control systems.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

As a Proposal Engineer, you translate technical customer requirements into feasible solutions and competitive proposals. Working closely with Sales, Procurement, and engineers from different disciplines, you contribute to projects in Power Conversion, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Control & Automation (C&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing technical specifications and customer requirements;

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, you will work independently or as part of multidisciplinary teams on solutions that are ultimately realized around the world.
