Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV seeks a Lead Engineer Electrical to guide a multi-disciplinary team in designing and delivering complex electrical systems from 24V up to 380kV. You will own HV/LV projects, perform calculations, and prepare documentation to meet client requirements and quality standards.

You will lead approx. 30 professionals and collaborate with instrumentation and other disciplines to drive energy transition initiatives and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a consultancy.
• Proven leadership as Lead Engineer or senior project role.
• Strong knowledge in designing and calculating electrical systems.
• Dutch proficiency or willingness to learn Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of about 30 professionals.
• Own multiple high/medium/low voltage projects with variety and challenge.
• Perform calculations, design layouts, and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative electrical solutions.
