Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV seeks an experienced Lead Engineer Primary - High Voltage to lead internal and external engineers from basic design to execution and project delivery in Zwolle, Netherlands. You will translate requirements into concrete designs and plans and ensure compliance with standards and regulations while guiding project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Knowledge of high-voltage components such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, or connections is a strong advantage.
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Translating functional designs and requirements into concrete designs and project plans.
Designing and verifying integrated solutions based on client specifications, technical standards and guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations.
Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, drawings, calculations, and execution documents.
Supporting the Technical Manager throughout the project phases from basic design in the preparation phase to detailed execution design.
Identifying and resolving design bottlenecks, reporting findings, and performing quality checks.
