Job summary

FairPlay Engineering BV seeks an Electrical Engineer Energy Solutions to translate client requirements into tailored energy systems from concept to full implementation, focusing on sustainable power for critical infrastructure.

You will design electrical schematics, specify EMS/SCADA interfaces, ensure regulatory compliance, produce detailed drawings and manuals, and collaborate with project managers, software engineers, and field specialists to deliver safe, reliable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires MBO/HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with sustainable energy systems.
• Skilled in creating electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience with EMS/SCADA and Modbus TCP; familiarity with NEN 3140 and IEC 62040.
• Proficient with design tools like EPLAN, AutoCAD or SEE Electrical.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed electrical drawings and functional descriptions.
• Translate client requirements into tailored energy solutions.
• Support project management with specifications and updates.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control through to delivery.
• Coordinate communication between systems using Modbus TCP within EMS environments.
