Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
• 7+ years in product development, engineering, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience managing product development projects.
• Experience leading projects from concept to launch, preferably in engineering-focused environments.
• Experience with prioritization and execution of small non-NPD projects.
• Experience working with external development partners.
• Knowledge of new product development methodologies and project management tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead select NPD initiatives and the sustaining program, delivering on quality, cost, and timelines.
• Create and manage detailed schedules, resources, budgets, and risk plans.
• Own global sustaining program and align priorities with maintenance planning group.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, service, and customers to bring innovative solutions to market.
• Proactively address challenges, manage stakeholder communication, and implement change control processes.
• Champion operational excellence using tools like visual project management and risk analysis.
• Serve as the primary link between R&D and other departments, keeping leaders informed.
• Facilitate design and phase-gate reviews for products across mechanical, electrical, software, and chemical systems.
