Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in the Netherlands seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive product development and qualification from market definition through production. You will coordinate across Den Bosch and St.

Priest, manage budgets, and advance sustainability targets while guiding teams through APQP deliverables and design-for-manufacturability activities. The role requires extensive experience in product development, DFMEA/ISO9001 processes, and strong collaboration with Product

Qualifications

Minimum of an academic degree in Engineering.
8+ years in Engineering/Manufacturing with product or process development and/or project management.
5+ years in product development, preferably mechanical in harsh environments.

Responsibilities

Lead bi-locational engineering activities with product development and product engineering teams in Den Bosch (Netherlands) and St. Priest (France).
Manage departmental goals, convene regular performance reviews, and develop skills across the team.
Drive innovation projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and technology readiness.
