Job summary

Kipp & Zonen, part of Veralto, seeks a Sr. Site Operations Manager in Delft to drive end-to-end manufacturing performance and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead Production, Supply Chain, Service, Quality, and Engineering, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient results across the site. You will champion Lean and Daily Management, build a roadmap for the Veralto Enterprise System, and partner cross-functionally to optimize planning, inventory, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in site operations and manufacturing leadership across multi-function environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record of KPI-driven improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and financial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across Production, Supply Chain, Service, Quality, and Engineering.
• Drive operational excellence via KPI management and Daily Management routines.
• Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap; translate priorities into plans.
• Champion Service Operations integration with other functions; reduce lead times.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to drive PSI execution and working capital control.
• Analyze and build business cases and ROI models for productivity and cost initiatives.
• Deliver against EHS commitments and safety culture.
• Lead implementation and advancement of Veralto Enterprise System (VES).
• Optimize planning, replenishment, and Dynamic Kanban with shopfloor engagement.
• Build organizational capability by developing successors and improving engagement.
