Job summary

Stage Entertainment Productions B.V. invites a skilled Production & Projects Coordinator to join the international Production & Creative Excellence function in Amsterdam.

You will coordinate strategic projects and production initiatives, ensuring clarity, momentum and timely delivery across markets, with senior leadership involvement. The role offers exposure to major international productions and cross-border initiatives, with a focus on governance, risk management and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects with cross-country teams.
• Ability to align stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Comfort with reporting, governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects, milestones and action plans across markets.
• Facilitate governance reviews, track progress and flag risks early.
• Prepare concise management reports and maintain project info in Teams/Planner/SharePoint.
