Job summary

Stage Entertainment is seeking a Production & Projects Coordinator in Amsterdam to steer ambitious productions and strategic initiatives into well-organised delivery. You will join the International Production team and coordinate projects and operational improvements across European markets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, build structure, track progress and manage risks, using Microsoft 365 tools for governance and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating projects, programmes or operations in fast-paced environments.
2–3 years of relevant experience with stakeholder management.
Experience in theatre, entertainment or live events is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple projects, milestones and action plans.
Support major productions and strategic initiatives from planning through delivery.
Monitor progress and flag risks; keep priorities on track.
Structure activities with Planner and Teams; ensure follow-up.
Facilitate governance and production-readiness reviews.
