Job summary

Making Waves, Amsterdam-based events organisation, is hiring an experienced producer. You will lead end-to-end productions that bring together image, music and experience, coordinating orchestras, venues, studios, and international partners.

You will guide a small production team, manage budgets, and report to the Head of Production, while driving growth and delivering high‑quality, international live events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a producer in theatre, concerts, festivals or live entertainment.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets across complex productions.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Produce events from concept to execution, including cross‑functional coordination.
• Build and safeguard schedules and production plans.
• Coordinate all technical, logistical and production aspects.
• Take the lead during shows, including load‑in and load‑out.
• Drive professionalisation and internationalisation of production processes.
