Job summary

GoSpooky in Amsterdam is looking for a Project Management Intern (Dutch Speaking) to join the operational team. You will work closely with the Medior Project Manager to support production planning, budgeting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

The role offers hands-on exposure to shoots from small to large scales, with experience using Airtable and a six-month commitment starting ASAP. Remuneration is 500€ per month for full-time work, with potential to transition to a junior role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
• Based in the Netherlands and enrolled at a EU university during internship.
• Willing to work in the Amsterdam office for 3+ days a week.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with teams.
• Interest in social media and digital culture.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily operational and production tasks.
• Coordinate logistics for creators and production activities.
• Assist in shoots planning and budget management.
• Prepare meetings, agendas and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Maintain project flow and update internal tools like Airtable.
• Ensure timely execution of operational requests for client accounts.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture and learning mindset.
