Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related consumer goods roles.
• Experience leading product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and product storytelling.
• Experience working in international, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.

• Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, campaigns, and key activations.
• Drive consumer-facing launch activities across retail, digital, social, PR, and in-store channels.
