Job description

Based in Amsterdam | Reporting to Global & EMEA Brand Director

About Stokke – Here We Grow

Founded on the west coast of Norway in 1932, Stokke is built on a strong Scandinavian heritage of craftsmanship, quality, and purpose‑driven design. For over four decades, our products have championed connection—creating meaningful moments that bring parents and children closer together, while supporting healthy child development.

With global offices in Norway, the Netherlands, the U.S., Germany, France, and Asia, Stokke offers a dynamic and international work environment. We are committed to shaping a better world through confident kids, innovative thinking, and responsible growth.

The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart

As Global Digital Content Manager, you will bring Stokke’s brand to life across digital channels, social platforms, and influencer partnerships, helping parents discover, understand, and emotionally connect with our products. You will craft content that resonates with consumer needs at every stage of their journey — ensuring stories that genuinely support and inspire families.

Agility, Speed & Execution

This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of content campaigns — from insight and strategy to creative briefing, execution, rollout, and optimisation. It demands operational precision, commercial awareness, and the ability to move quickly across teams, markets, and partners. You will collaborate closely with creative, digital media, product, and regional teams to deliver high‑impact content at pace and with excellence.

Based in Amsterdam, this role sits at the heart of the global marketing team and reports directly to the Global & EMEA Brand Director.

Main Responsibilities
Content Planning & Storytelling Strategy
  • Shape seasonal content planning using market, consumer, and competitive insights.
  • Align storytelling with commercial priorities, product strategies, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Collaborate with global brand and regional teams to ensure content directly reflects real consumer needs.
  • Translate insights into content frameworks that guide storytelling across channels.
Brand Stewardship & Global Consistency
  • Maintain and evolve Stokke’s global content framework including tone of voice, visual identity, and narrative principles.
  • Translate brand strategy into channel‑specific content that is strategically sharp and creatively inspiring.
  • Ensure all global content reflects Stokke’s purpose, design philosophy, and premium positioning.
  • Co‑own the development of global marketing content calendars across seasonal and product priorities.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across teams to ensure coherent sequencing and best‑in‑class execution.
  • Partner with creatives, digital media, product marketers, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns across web, social, email, and other channels.
Creators, Influencers & Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners to develop on‑trend and authentic content.
  • Lead social activations and influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Grow and nurture engaged global communities through timely and relevant content.
Measurement & Optimization
  • Track content performance using analytics and apply insights to optimise creative and channel decisions.
  • Deliver best‑in‑class campaign evaluation that informs future creative and strategic decisions.
  • Safeguard brand consistency while maximising reach, impact, and ROI.
The Ideal Profile

You are a strategic, insight‑led storyteller who brings curiosity, creativity, and sharp judgement to content. You constantly explore digital trends, push creative boundaries, and experiment with new ways to connect with families around the world. You elevate every campaign with fresh thinking and forward‑looking ideas.

Everyone Has a Seat at the Table

You thrive when collaborating with diverse teams, creators, and partners. You communicate with clarity, listen actively, and bring people together around shared goals. You work transparently across functions and markets, valuing input from all levels to create globally consistent, locally resonant content.

You are both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on executer, comfortable shifting between big‑picture planning and precise operational delivery.

Requirements
  • 10+ years’ experience in digital content, social media, or integrated marketing in premium consumer goods, design‑led brands, or global organisations.
  • Proven track record creating engaging, commercially impactful content across markets and channels.
  • Experience managing creators, influencers, and partnerships to amplify brand storytelling.
  • Strong strategic capability — able to translate insights, commercial priorities, and brand strategy into actionable content.
  • Experienced in managing cross‑functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Skilled in project management with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, social trends, and content optimisation.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills in English.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity and commercial impact.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, scale‑up or challenger‑brand environment.
  • Data‑driven and confident using insights to inform, optimise, and align content decisions.
Personal Attributes
  • Creative, curious, and always looking for new ways to elevate storytelling.
  • Collaborative and confident working across global teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator with strong ownership and follow‑through.
  • Strategic yet hands‑on — comfortable moving between high‑level thinking and execution.
  • Results‑focused, commercially minded, and driven by performance insights.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to bring clarity in fast‑moving environments.
What We Offer
  • A key role shaping the digital expression of a premium global brand.
  • Close collaboration with the Global & EMEA Brand Director and leadership teams.
  • An international environment with flexibility, autonomy, and creative ownership.
  • A purpose‑led culture, supporting families and children around the world.

A workplace guided by our values: Parent & Child at the Heart, Agility Speed & Execution, Pioneering Spirit, and Everyone Has a Seat at the Table.
