Job summary

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed, seeks a Global Product Manager for Precision Nutrition. You will bridge customers, sales, and portfolio strategy to turn market insights into value across PN, shaping the future direction of the PN category.

You’ll work across regions, own portfolio strategy, and drive lifecycle management while collaborating with sales, R&D, and regional teams. 25% travel and a hybrid HQ-based role in Amersfoort are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in animal nutrition, feed additives, animal health or related industry.
• MSc or PhD level in veterinary science, animal nutrition, agribusiness or related field.
• Experience in product management or technically focused sales.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and global stakeholder alignment.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, R&D, legal, pricing, regulatory, marketing to drive PN portfolio value.
• Support multi-year global marketing strategy for Precision Nutrition.
• Translate market insights into portfolio strategies, value propositions, go-to-market plans.
• Drive product lifecycle management and contribute to innovation projects.
• Build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders during visits and events.
• Develop launch packages, campaigns, and product communications.
