Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking an Associate Product Adoption Manager for an office-based role in Amsterdam. You will turn digital product strategy into practical adoption by aligning product teams with markets, preparing users for new capabilities, and delivering enablement experiences that drive business value.

You will work with E-commerce Product Managers to translate priorities into clear communications and measurable adoption outcomes across a global, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in product enablement, product operations, or related roles.
• Experience developing and delivering training or adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders across teams or markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the product roadmap between Product teams, markets and business stakeholders.
• Communicate product priorities, upcoming releases and experiments clearly to relevant audiences.
• Develop and deliver adoption plans that prepare users and markets for new product capabilities.
• Create practical enablement resources, including training materials, playbooks, launch guides and supporting content.
• Facilitate training and engagement sessions that build understanding, confidence and readiness.
• Coordinate release-readiness activities across markets, teams and business functions.
• Gather stakeholder and market feedback, translating insights into input for product decision‑making.
• Define and track adoption success measures, providing updates on performance and opportunities.
