Based in The Netherlands with offices in Gorinchem or Amsterdam, you will operate across global functions and lead programs that unlock measurable business value in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of Corbion's Digital, Data & AI strategy.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
- Establish governance and portfolio management across investments.
- Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and accelerate performance.
- Build organizational capabilities to scale digital/AI solutions.
- Lead and develop the central Digital, Data & AI organization.
- Advise executive leadership on opportunities, risks and trends.
