Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and a track record of leading global programs.
• Strong governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the global Operational Excellence strategy and multi-year program roadmap.
• Lead a portfolio of interconnected OPEX and CAPEX initiatives across regions.
• Establish governance structures and performance review mechanisms.
• Drive standardization of end-to-end processes across sites and functions.
• Coach project managers and OPEx specialists and mentor teams.
