Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, PgMP are preferred.
• 10+ years in operational excellence, program management, or operations leadership.
• Experience leading global transformation programs in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the global Operational Excellence strategy and multi-year program roadmap.
• Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and performance review mechanisms.
• Lead a portfolio of interconnected OPEX and CAPEX initiatives across regions and functions.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of end-to-end processes across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and service.
• Champion digital capabilities such as simulation tools, ERP functionality, supplier portals and dashboards.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to productivity, lead time, inventory, quality, and total landed cost.
• Lead change management and act as strategic adviser to senior leadership on performance and capability development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, Procurement, and Service globally; manage risks and interdependencies.
• Travel internationally as required to align program phases with global sites.
