The role emphasizes leadership, strategic workforce planning, and continuous improvement to deliver innovative and sustainable poultry processing solutions worldwide.
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineering teams in complex technical environments.
- Strong expertise in electrical engineering, industrial automation, machine safety.
- Excellent leadership and people development skills.
- Experience in sustainment, product lifecycle, or engineering organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 Electrical Engineers.
- Drive the successful delivery of electrical engineering activities within sustainment projects.
- Define team priorities, manage workload planning, and allocate resources effectively.
- Own and maintain the electrical architecture across the Poultry portfolio, driving standardization.
- Safeguard compliance with applicable machine safety and regulatory requirements.
