• Track record of driving productivity, cost efficiency, or capability buildup.
• Ability to operate in highly complex and ambiguous environments.

• Govern global program reporting by defining and maintaining a single source of truth that provides forward-looking insights on performance, risk, and value.
• Develop advanced visualization tools, including Power BI dashboards, to track Global/Brand "Big Bets" and regional initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
• Leads cross‑program strategic reviews and 18‑and 36‑month outlook planning identifying systemic risks, resources and budget capacity constraints, and value scenarios to inform long‑range investment and resource decisions at enterprise level
• Lead the PMO reporting cadence across global and regional teams, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of project data and stage-gate status.

• Extensive Program Leadership:10+ years of professional experience in program management, transformation, orBusiness/innovation Financewithin a global environment.
• Advanced Academic Background:A Master’s degree is preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or Operations.
• Matrix Organization Expertise:Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies without direct authority.
• Governance and Reporting:Strong experience in portfolio management and executive reporting to support high-level decision-making.
• Strategic Value Management:A proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as productivity, cost efficiency, or capability buildup.
• Analytical Complexity:Ability to operate effectively in highly complex and ambiguous environments, integrating strategy with disciplined execution.
