Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Value Optimization Lead to shape strategy and drive value across regions. You will own multi‑million euro savings programs and align roadmaps with R&D, procurement, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Ideal candidates bring MSc credentials, 8+ years in program management within FMCG, and strong cross‑cultural communication. Willingness to travel internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• MSc degree required with strong project/program management background.
• 8+ years in program management, preferably in FMCG and international teams.
• Experience in Design to Value or value optimisation programs.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across continents.

• Lead, develop and align Global Value Optimization opportunities and deliver associated roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Global and Regional Teams including R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations.

• Lead, develop and align Global Value Optimization opportunities and deliver associated roadmaps
• Develop and manage high-value Global savings programs (€5M-€10M per year)
• Identify, scope, and launch Global Value Optimisation Programs with the ambition to drive bigger, strategic, holistic saving programs, optimizing ‘Value In’ and ‘Sustainability’ opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Teams and stakeholders including R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations
• Support Global & Regional teams with implementation and reporting

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• University Degree (MSc)
• Proven experience: at least 8 years in program/project management, preferably in FMCG, and experience in complex international multidisciplinary teams, working within matrix organisations
• Background in Design to Value or Value Optimisation programs
• Strong communication, facilitation, and project management with international experience—comfortable working across cultures, countries & continents
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel (Asia, EU & North America)
