Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht, Netherlands, is looking for a Global PMO VOP Manager to drive hands-on value optimization initiatives across the global organisation.

You will lead and align opportunities and roadmaps, manage high-value savings programs (€5M-€10M annually), and collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to enable impact and reporting.

Fluent English, MSc, and international collaboration are essential, with willingness to travel to Asia, the EU and North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/project management, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in complex international multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and align Global Value Optimization opportunities and deliver associated Roadmaps
• Develop and manage high-value Global savings programs (€5M-€10M per year)
• Identify, scope, and launch Global Value Optimisation Programs with ambition to drive bigger, strategic savings programs
• Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Teams and stakeholders including R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations
• Support Global & Regional teams with implementation and reporting
