Job summary

Westlake Epoxy seeks a Payroll Specialist to join the HR Service Center, coordinating international payroll across NL, BE, IT, CZ and UAE with external providers.

You will ensure timely, accurate payroll, handle pensions, insurances and expat arrangements, maintain GDPR-compliant records, and support HR administration and reporting.

The role requires an HBO/Bachelor’s degree and experience with Workday/ADP, strong analytical skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in international payroll and HR administration.
• Experience with external payroll providers (ADP/Streamline).
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll timely and accurately for NL, BE, CZ, IT and UAE with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and SOX controls.
• Prepare payroll input for hires, terminations, and salary changes.
• Review payroll runs, payslips, payments and reconciliations.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant HR files and systems like Workday/ADP.
• Provide first-line employee support on salary and pensions.
