Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead payroll transformation globally from its Veghel base. You will connect payroll processes with finance and HR, driving improvements and program delivery with internal teams and external partners.

With extensive payroll experience, you will guide architecture, tooling and data practices, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient end-to-end processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years in payroll, preferably global and multi-entity.
• Experience with HR/financial systems; Workday preferred.
• Proven success leading payroll implementations.

Responsibilities

• Advisor to finance and HR stakeholders on payroll processes.
• Drive standardization and improvements within Payroll end-to-end.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and payroll partners to deliver solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risks in payroll transformations.
• Support Hire to Retire projects globally.
