Job summary

ADP GlobalView in Capelle aan den IJssel, NL, seeks a Lead Consultant – Functional / local Expertise to drive payroll projects from requirements through go-live. You will align with Client Product Owners and SMEs, translate business needs into effective payroll designs, and mentor team members across the implementation lifecycle.

The role includes thorough testing with client data, ensuring local payroll compliance, data cleansing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of payroll engines and processing systems.
• Extensive local payroll knowledge with regulatory compliance.
• Experience configuring payroll solutions across countries preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client solution implementation using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and payroll engine technologies.
• Facilitate blueprinting workshops to gather detailed client requirements.
• Design and document client solutions with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate on data cleansing, mapping and conversion phases.
• Support UAT, Parallel Testing and Go-Live to ensure deployment success.
• Identify and resolve gaps between requirements and payroll templates.
• Conduct QA reviews on blueprints and system configurations.
• Proactively manage project-level risks.
• Lead team forums and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Mentor team members and provide training opportunities.
