Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Senior Financial Banking Services Officer in Amsterdam to manage global payments, client relationships, and banking operations. You’ll work under the Enterprise Service Manager and contribute to the Funds business growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in banking payments, strong English communication, and regulatory awareness. You will ensure accurate processing, system administration, and collaboration across teams while supporting junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in banking payments or related field.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch language skills preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge of Dutch financial compliance and AML/CTF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with banks, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and/or review payment orders and related documents.
• Open/close bank accounts in collaboration with the business.
• Act as system administrator for client bank accounts and related access permissions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
• Perform treasury management and monitor transactions weekly/monthly/quarterly.
